Public Speaking is a practical, results-focused course that transforms nervousness into confidence and ideas into persuasive presentations. Through structured practice, evidence-based techniques, and focused feedback, participants learn to craft clear messages, deliver with presence, and engage diverse audiences across meetings, webinars, and conferences.
1. Structure clear, audience-focused presentations of 5–20 minutes with a strong opening, logical flow, and concise close.
2. Deliver with controlled pace, vocal variety, and purposeful body language to improve clarity and presence.
3. Use slides and visuals to highlight key points and remove unnecessary detail.
4. Manage Q&A and interruptions: listen, pivot, and close responses confidently.
5. Reduce speaking anxiety using breathing, rehearsal routines, and quick mental techniques.
1. Project managers who present status updates and plans to stakeholders.
2. Sales account executives responsible for client pitches and proposals.
3. Product managers who brief roadmaps and research to cross-functional teams.
4. Team leaders and people managers who run meetings and brief direct reports.
5. Technical leads or subject-matter experts who explain complex topics to nontechnical audiences.

Daily Schedule (Monday to Friday)
- 09:00 AM – 10:30 AM Technical Session 1
- 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM Technical Session 2
- 12:00 PM – 01:00 PM Technical Session 3
- 01:00 PM – 02:00 PM Lunch Break (If Applicable)
- Participants are expected to engage in guided self-study, reading, or personal reflection on the day’s content. This contributes toward the CPD accreditation and deepens conceptual understanding.
- 02:00 PM – 04:00 PM Self-Study & Reflection
Please Note:
- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
- Coffee and refreshments are available on a floating basis throughout the morning. Participants may help themselves at their convenience to ensure an uninterrupted learning experience Provided if applicable and subject to course delivery arrangements.
